A multi-system recovery project for a Philips UNIQ Clarity FD20 DSA system, covering detector and C-arm components, electronic controls, power and communication systems, software calibration and imaging verification.
The customer required technical support for multiple operational issues affecting a Philips UNIQ Clarity FD20 DSA system. Reported issues involved image acquisition and detector performance, system startup and communication, as well as C-arm movement and mechanical operation.
The project required systematic fault assessment, component identification, coordinated technical work, software adjustment and final functional and imaging verification.
Challenge: The imaging chain, detector, C-arm mechanism, electronic control modules, equipment cabinet, communication network and system software operate as an integrated system. A fault in one subsystem may affect several system functions, making staged diagnosis and coordinated hardware and software verification essential.
VISTAING coordinated equipment information verification, component identification, parts sourcing and overall project follow-up.
On-site inspection, component work, system adjustment and testing were completed in cooperation with a specialist medical imaging service partner. The project covered the detector and C-arm assemblies, electronic control boards and modules, equipment cabinet, cabling, power and communication systems, as well as system software and imaging calibration.
Following the technical work, functional checks, software diagnostics, system calibration and imaging verification were completed.
Systems and Components Involved:
The Philips UNIQ Clarity FD20 DSA system was restored to normal operation and successfully completed the required functional and imaging tests.
VISTAING’s Role: VISTAING supported equipment information verification, component identification, parts sourcing, compatibility coordination and project follow-up. On-site technical work was completed in cooperation with a specialist medical imaging service partner.
