A multi-stage GE Optima MR360 1.5T MRI project covering component identification, parts sourcing coordination, technical service support, calibration and system testing across multiple subsystems
A healthcare facility in Guangdong required ongoing support for multiple operational issues affecting a GE Optima MR360 1.5T MRI system. The project involved component identification, sourcing coordination, multi-stage on-site technical work, calibration and final system verification.
VISTAING coordinated equipment information verification, component identification, parts sourcing and overall project follow-up. On-site inspection, component work, calibration and system verification were completed in cooperation with a specialist medical imaging service partner.
The project covered cryogenic, compressor, cooling, electrical and control-related components. Following the technical work, the MRI system completed operational checks, phantom-based testing, DC offset calibration and DQA verification.
Systems and Components Involved:
GE Optima MR360 1.5T MRI system Cold head and cryogenic system Sumitomo F-50 compressor Cooling pump Baldor industrial motor Related cooling system components
The GE Optima MR360 1.5T MRI system was restored to normal operation and successfully completed functional checks, calibration, phantom-based testing and DQA verification.
